The Competence Archetype Assessment

"You have no idea how much I'm doing, and I can't handle it anymore!"

If these words have ever run through your mind, please read on.

There is an epidemic of women professionals overdoing, beyond what’s healthy for us.

We are too good for our own good at getting things done. We are too productive. We are too accountable. We are exhausted. We try to do it all: everything we expect of ourselves and what we imagine others expect of us. Many of us are HyperCompetent.

The costs of HyperCompetence are dangerously high: the stress associated with over-committing and overdoing contributes to poor sleeping habits, high blood pressure, heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes. In addition to its physical effects, stress adversely impacts personal and professional relationships. You likely clicked on this quiz because you see yourself as someone who goes over, beyond and above. Perhaps you are feeling exhausted as a result.

Would you like to find out how you can give of yourself
without depleting yourself?

Take the quiz: The Competence Archetype Assessment is designed to help you understand the governing principles that underlie what you do and ultimately give you a plan for how to fix what’s draining you. It takes only 5 minutes to determine and begin to understand your Competence Archetype. Enter your contact information to get started.
